Device with a single, closed collection space and one press head for compacting metal cans or PET bottles up to 0.5 litres (1 pint) or PET bottles up to 2.5 litres (5 pints) depending on the head attached. Size of the metal cans can be reduced by 80-90% and the size of the plastic bottles can be reduced by 60-70% of their original size. The cabinet consists of a rigid steel frame and plates with a lockable door on the front. The press head is located on the top of the cabinet, the compacted bottles or cans fall down into the cabinet through an opening. Inside the cabinet a plastic bag can be affixed on four hooks. Two legs of the cabinet can be adjusted to negate the folds of the ground. For theft prtection the cover can be affixed to a fixed point through two holes at its corners.
